NEW SHORT STORIES ON AUDIO CD

Gregory Leifels' debut collection of short stories on compact disc is entitled,  "Go Ahead and Jump and other stories"  Five curiosity driven stories of an unusual bent in voyeuristic obsession; one of why, rather than, what?                    (Caution: Mature themes )

In his debut collection of short stories, author and storyteller Gregory Leifel slips us into worlds made extraordinary by his characters' unending obsessions to understand--in ordinary terms--the only slightly freakish events that conspire to consume their attention.

Gregory Leifel's hypnotic voice and varied delivery belie the sneakiness with which he leads us along, only to tease us with his humor, precisely chosen language, and surprise endings.

Throughout each of the five stories is a yearning from the characters to comprehend not necessarily the object of the obsession, but the obsession with the obsession, revealing truths about the human experience. From a copycat neighbor, to a mysterious sign, a flying naked woman, to nervous pick-up lines in a bar, even to being unaware of an obsession, Mr. Leifel's stories illuminate playful worlds within our world.

These stories contain adult themes and are for mature audiences, with some harsh language. A story experience like no other, enhanced with pointed music and sound effects.
